• Click on 'Register' here, at the top of this page or the 'Register' button on the Home page
• When the 'Register' page comes up, fill in both player names and EMail Address'
• Click on 'Submit' button.  In a few seconds, a confirmation page, with the data entered and the system assigned 'Player Number's, 'Player Password's, 'Team Name' and 'Team Number' will appear.  The team and both players are now enrolled and can play in any Handi-Scram™ Events at any time.  The passwords are needed to sign in if changes to a players profile are needed in the future.

• Click on 'Players' here, at the top of this page or the 'Players' button on the Home page
• When the 'Players' page comes up, click on 'Add Player'.
• 'Player Name', 'Password' and 'Player EMail Address' are required; mailing address, date of birth and phone are optional.
• Click on 'Submit' button.  In a few seconds, a confirmation page, with the data entered and the system assigned 'Player Number', will appear.  An EMail message will be sent to the address entered.
• The system will also automatically sign you in as the new player.

• If you have not already done so, you need  to 'SignIn' - you will be asked  to supply your 'Player EMail Address' and 'Password'.  The system must confirm the identity of anyone attempting to modify a Handi-Scram™ Player.
• After you are 'SignedIn', click on 'Players' here, at the top of this page or the 'Players' button on the Home page.
• When the 'Players' page comes up, click on 'View Player'.
• Enter your 'EMailID' and click on 'Submit'.
• Now the 'Change Player' option will be available, click on it.
• Make the desired modifications and click on 'Submit' button.  A confirmation message will appear and the new data will be retained.
• Note that you will not be able to modify the 'Name' field if you are a member of any team which has played in a Handi-Scram™ event. This restriction is implemented to eliminate all possibility of player substitution.  It is imperative, for the enjoyment and benefit of all, that no shadow of doubt or suspicion of deception ever taint any Handi-Scram™ operation.

• If you have not already done so, you need  to 'SignIn' - you will be asked  to supply your 'Player EMail Address' and 'Password'.  The system must confirm the identity of anyone attempting to modify a Handi-Scram™ Player.
• After you are 'SignedIn', click on 'Players' here, at the top of this page or the 'Players' button on the Home page.
• When the 'Players' page comes up, click on 'View Player'.
• Enter your 'EMailID' and click on 'Submit'.
• Now the 'Delete Player' option will be available, click on it.  You will be asked to confirm the request.  Click 'OK' to proceed or 'Cancel' to abort.
• If 'OK' is selected, the designated player will be deleted from all the teams he or she was a member of and the player will be deleted completely from the Handi-Scram™ database.
• Use care, if you delete yourself you will no longer be able to make changes!
• Note that you cannot delete any Player who is a member of any Team which has played in a Handi-Scram™ event.  This is to preserve the Handi-Scram™ historical record.

• Click on 'Teams' here, at the top of this page or the 'Teams' button on the Home page
• When the 'Teams' page comes up, click on 'Add Team'.
• If you have not already done so, you will be asked to 'SignIn' - supply your 'Player EMail Address' and 'Password'.  The system must confirm the identity of any player modifying a Handi-Scram™ Team.
• 'Team Name' is the only fill-in on the 'Add Team' screen.  The system assigns the 'Team Number' as it is a key in the data base.  'Team Name' is also unique in Handi-Scram™ so if the name you entered is already taken you will be prompted to try a different one.  The system will construct one for you if you leave the field blank.
• Click on 'Submit' button.  A confirmation page will be returned listing you as player one on the new team and an EMail message will be sent.

• Click on 'Teams' here, at the top of this page or the 'Teams' button on the Home page
• When the 'Teams' page comes up select 'View Team' (if not already checked) and enter either a 'Team Name' or a 'Team Number' and click 'Submit'.
• The system will display the Roster of Players, current Team Handicap, and recent event results.
• If you are 'SignedIn' and on the Team roster and if the team has not played in any  events, the 'Change Team' and 'Delete Team' radio buttons will also be enabled.

• You must 'SignIn' before you can modify any Team and you can only alter a Team if:
  - You are on the Team's roster.
  - The team has not played in any Handi-Scram™ events.  See note below.
• If so, click on 'Teams' here, at the top of this page or the 'Teams' button on the Home page.
• When the 'Teams' page comes up, select 'View Team' and enter the 'Team Name' or 'Team Number' of the Team you wish to change.
• Select 'Change Team' if available (this option will only appear if the two conditions above are met) and click 'Submit'.
• Enter a new Team Name or any roster changes you want to make.  To delete a player from a team simply delete the EMailID.  To substitute for a player, type the new player's name over the old one.  The system will verify that the new player exists in the Handi-Scram™ database before finalizing the substitution.  Use care, if you delete yourself you will no longer be able to make changes to the team!
• Note that once a team has played in a Handi-Scram™ event no roster changes are permitted.  This is to preserve the Handi-Scram™ historical record.  If you wish to make changes to a team's composition simply create a new team.

• You must 'SignIn' before you can modify any Team and you can only alter a Team if:
  - You are on the Team's roster.
  - The team has not played in any Handi-Scram™ events.  See note below.
• If so, click on 'Teams' here, at the top of this page or the 'Teams' button on the Home page.
• When the 'Teams' page comes up, select 'View Team' and enter the 'Team Name' or 'Team Number' of the Team you wish to change.
• Select 'Delete Team' if available (this option will only appear if the two conditions above are met) and click 'Submit'.
• Note that once a team has played in a Handi-Scram™ event it cannot be deleted.  This is to preserve the Handi-Scram™ historical record.
